Is it possible to adjust your counseling appointment?
Absolutely! I do ask for notice to try to switch clients around or eventually get an opening in the time slot needed.
What is our cancellation policy for counseling sessions?
I ask for at least 24 hour notice. I try to fill your spot for the next day.
How does our billing system for counseling services function?
I currently use a system called Therapy Notes that provides a patient portal with all documents and a way for payment. The portal also provides text message reminders.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, please look at information tab to see insurances accepted.
Can I book a counseling session online?
No, please use the contact space. Due to limited availability and waitlist it is important to discuss with therapist directly.
